Field Trip To Manila --Overview

Owing to the realization that apart from educational grooming, character nurturing and capacity building of an individual is the significant most factor that educational institutes should take into serious consideration, the event was arranged to make the students aware of the trends and latest technologies, opportunities and capacity grooming on grounds of character and intellect as well as to motivate the students to keep going on in life through hope and never ending struggle.

This documentation focuses on the events in relation with the first Major Field Trip of the Institute of Computing of the University of Southeastern Philippines. The field trip to Metro Manila was conducted on October 4 until 8 year 2010.  This documentation includes overviews of the Companies I visited and the knowledge I learned from them.

The Student registrations and arrangements for the event were already underway since about few months associated with an organized team work and streamlined planning which involved selection of students that will act as officers from each section (CS and IT), involvement of faculty members, contact and formal invitation to the guest speaker and arrangements for the trip.  The event went as advantageous and educational as it was expected. The Maynilad Tours played an important role in making the event successful on grounds of arrangements and coordination.
